Team Captain Team Roster Report (T-Shirt information)

Hi all, 


In our TeamRaiser, we are asking a registration question for t-shirt size. The answer gets updated to the constituent record in an additional database field called "T-Shirt Size." I am wondering if there is any way that we can include this on the Team Performance or Team Roster report that can be pulled by the team captain out of the participant center. 


I know this is possible through a customization with Blackbaud, but wondering if it's because of an access thing, or if there is a way to modify the report in the FTP.
