Is there a way to opt-in people in a particular group?

I have created a couple of groups that get auto populated from a survey, but then realized I didn't have an opt-in option on the form.  Is there a way to opt everyone in from that group without having to manually do it constituent by constituent?

Convio Support has the ability to do that, but no one else, so you will need to submit a ticket.
