Embed an Interactive PDF Into PageBuilder?

Hi fellow do-gooders, 


I am hoping someone may be able to provide insight before I go through the process of testing an idea.


We have the technology tools to accomplish some really cool project ideas, and a small but dedicated backend staff with enough training and understanding of LO to be dangerous. We are planning a project which will require the end user to fill out a form, including an electronic signature. I am wondering about embedding an interactive PDF into a pagebuilder page. We have Creative Cloud so are able to create the PDF, Publish Online, and get the html code. Has anyone tried this or have any insight?
