Is there a limit on the names shown in the TR donor scrolls (status indicators)?

I get several people saying that names have dropped off their status indicators, and I have no answer for them. Are there limits on how many the scrollers will show? The only thing I have been able to tell by cross referencing the info they give me and their donations is that the appearance of names depends on the time and type of donation.

Is that true? I'm starting to get the same people asking me over and over and I have nothing to tell them. Please help.

Yes, there is a limit. I believe it's set at 20. Support can increase that if you like. Just tell them the limit you would prefer.
