No "save as" option in OLX

We are new to OLX.  However, in Netcommunity we had the option to "save as."  Since we have various users sending emails it was helpful when we had to search.  If I was sending an email I would call it "AB_name of email."  In OLX you do not have the option to save as.  Frustrating!  Also, once an email is sent you can not tell which email address was utilized when creating the email so if you needed to inquire as to who sent the email you would have to call around to your various departments!  


Also, we may send various emails leading up to our annual gala.  The subject line in the gala may be whatever our annual gala is called.  It would be helpful to have "save as" so internally we would know what that particular gala email was for "gala - donation request" or "gala - ticket sales" etc. without opening the actual email.


Does anyone have any suggestions for a work around for this?  Thanks!
