Why is it that sometimes when I open RE, the icon is the old "hands shaking" hald-blue, half-orange icon, and other times it's the more modern Citrix Icon?  Is that ever the case with anyone else?

I've also been experiencing this for at least the past few months, maybe longer. I have not yet asked support if this is a problem or not.

My RE Icon recently got very small. I too have
been wondering what changed.

We've been seeing the same thing. I don't really see any correlation between issues with RE and when it appears though. That's why I haven't asked support. We're hosted if that means anything.
