An OLX beginner's question: Is the"opt out" specific to each appeal or is it attached to the email address? i.e, if we offer 3 subscriptions to our constituents and someone wants to receive two and opt out of a third, will their email address be tagged in some way to prevent them from receiving the two they want?

    Unfortunately, the opt-out is attached to the email address -- and as far as I know, there's no way to reverse it! So, what we have done, and something I highly recommend, is to add a line directly above your opt-out link, to the effect: "If you do not wish to receive our Fill in the Blank newsletter, but wish to continue receiving other communications, please email us at info@nonprofit.org. If you wish to opt out of ALL future emails from Our Nonprofit, use the link below."

    If you have a constituent who unsubscribed but didn't mean to (or didn't mean to unsubscribe from everything), that person needs to sign up again on your website using the OLX Sign Up Form (and confirm from the sign up confirmation email).  Then, you need to have some way of marking which communications to send and which not to send and set that up within your RE/OLX system.  If I remember correctly from the OLX Quarterly Update, this is something they're working on.
