How do you change currency on donation forms?

Hi


We have only just signed up to OLX and we are building our first donation form. For some reason, it's displaying in Euros. I've checked our subscription info and we set it up for pounds sterling. I've also checked in Config and the UK (where we are based and where 99% of our donations will come from) is set up as pounds sterling. How do we change this on the donation form, so as not to confuse our supporters?

Just to clarify -- you've checked under Raiser's Edge Config ... have you checked under the Account options in Online Express itself? It requires Admin privileges, which it sounds like you have; it's under Account, Integration Options, Currency Configurations.

Yes I checked this bit - the only thing listed is Euro in the currency part and no country listed next to it. It won't let me add any currencies here though. It says to add or edit countries, go to the International option in Config, but in this bit the UK is listed in pounds.

I rang Blackbaud in the end, and they said that when our BBMS (Blackbaud Merchant Services) account was originally set up, the wrong currency had been selected.

They can't change this after the fact, so I had to set up a new BBMS account and make sure the new one was linked to OLX, rather than the old one.

I persuaded them that we didn't need to go through the validation process again, given that we had only recently done it for our 1st account. Fortunately, we hadn't gone live with the new donation forms, so it didn't have a major impact, except for me missing a few 'go live' deadlines!
