Online Express Donation form (testing thank you)

Dear All


Was hoping for some help regarding donation form set up. On the 5th tab I was wondering is there a way to preview the email message that will be sent out, I basically want to be able to send it to myself as a test to see how it looks when it is sent.

Hi there

 

Thanks for this but I am actually referring to
the email that goes out with Donations rather than the email
marketing tab which you are referring to.

 

On the Donations form you can edit Thank yous
on the 5^th tab but I would like to test this email
before it goes live.

Check out this Knowledgebase article about how you can test your donation forms. This will allow you to test the entire process and see the thank you email. I hope this helps!

This was helpful and I was able to test the form.


My question is why is my revenue going up on the form if this is a test? Is there a way to remove that from the form before I take it live?


I want a true measure of what is being donated.
