Where can you find detailed failed credit card transactions reports?

          Transaction Reports-->Settlement Report

          Fundraising Reports-->Sustainer Giving Payment Report (**this is probably the one you're looking for**)

Thanks that was helpful.  But I was looking for something more detailed.

For example, in the sustainer report is the donated date the failed date?

Sort of.  The "Donation Date" column is the date the individual transaction in the series was processed by Convio's system, then the "Status" column tells you if it failed or succeeded.  If you're looking for the number in the string (i.e. how many successul charges have there been, when did the gift start, etc.), all you need to do is sort by the donor name and then "Donation Date."

For campaign details - matching the donations up to offline databse appeal codes and the like - I'm not sure if there is a report in Convio that will do that.  You could try doing a "Donations by Transaction" report for the timeframe you're looking at, then delete anything that isn't a Sustaining Gift.
