How can I make a Center Admin view non-center members?

Question: I have uploaded/create constituents that are NOT in a Center. I would like my Center Admins to be able to search for them and edit the records. How can I do this?

Answer:

1. Log into Convio as a Site Admin.

2. Go to Setup > Groups > click Edit Permissions on the "Center Administrators Group" of you choice.

3. In the drop-down "What type of permissions do you want to edit?" select the "System Administration" permission and click Choose.

4. Select either of the following three permissions based on your needs:

•     View, Edit and Delete All Contacts
•     View and Edit All Contacts
•     View All Contacts

5. Log into the Center and verify that you can see the non-center members.
