Populating OE Giving Forms With Information Already in RE

Hi to all!  I think it would be nice if RE offered a way to pre-populate an OE giving form with the donor's name, address and email so that it would be easier and quicker to process gifts through OE that are entered by the staff at the donor's request (either becuase the donor is calling us to make a gift via the phone or returned a mailed-in form that we have to process for the donor).  RE says that "this funcationality does not exist" and that "I should request it" for a future upgrade.  Thanks!  Scott at JFCS
