Monthly Giving: Service Center

Hello.

Does anyone know how to start up your own service center for Monthly Giving?

If you edit the monthly donation form you want to enable the Service Center for and go to Step 3: Design Donor Screens, you will see a link in the left column under Related Actions, "Configure Service Center". Check the appropriate checkboxes under 2. Gift Payment Modification Option, then click Finish. Monthly donors who donate through that form should then be able to access the Service Center at http://www.mydomain.org/site/ServiceCenter (you can find this link in the WYSIWYG Links dropdown, "Gift Service Center").

I followed your instructions and configured the Service Center.  However, it's not clear to me what link to give to users when they write in asking how to update their billing information.  I tried http://www.mydomain.org/site/ServiceCenter and it does not work for me.  Is the link unique to each organization and/or each user?

You'd need to change "mydomain.org" to your domain name. Note that the easiest way to insert the link would be using the "Links" menu in the WYSIWYG editor as described above.
