Click-through Webforms for California Senate

The majority of the California Senate is now using "click-through" webforms, making our action alerts much less effective. According to our Communications Director in California it seems as if most of the forms are using the same technology. I guess my question is: 1. What are other groups doing when they have to target the California Senate and more importantly 2. Is Convio aware of the situation and actively working to make the CA Senate webforms accessible again?

I'm going to answer my own question! Apparently, the Convio platform has more options for "training" webforms than the GetActive platform, which we are currently on. Our account manager showed me how to look up the deliverability for different targets at http://customer.convio.com/upload/advo/advo_index.html. I'm pleased to report that many of the targets that are "click-through" only on GetActive (such as Governor Schwarzeneger and the majority of the CA Senate) are reachable through the Convio platform. Posting it here in case other GetActive clients had the same question, or if Convio clients didn't know how to find out which targets were reachable directly.
