How do I resend an email message to recipients who have not opened the email?

The solution is to copy the original message, create a group of recipients that have opened the email, and then include them as a Do Not Email group. Here are the steps to create a group of recipients who have opened the email:

1. Navigate to Email > Email Campaigns.
2. Find the message you want to resend and click Copy.
3. Assign a new name and click Confirm Copy.
4. Navigate back to Email > Email Campaigns.
5. Select the "Reports" tab.
6. Next to "Create a new report:" select "Campaign Open Report".
7. Follow the steps to select the email and submit the report.
8. Click Refresh until the report status is "Completed".
9. Click "View" to view the report.
10. Click "Add results to group".
11. Follow the steps to create a new group.

Once the group is created, you can add this as a Do Not Email Target group to your new message.
