Givalanche data not showing up in OLX dashboard

Hi All,


We have Givalanche enabled for our main donation page on our website. Just I've had four gifts come through with Givalanche ID attributes that I know have to be from the same original gift but the IDs are different on each and I can't find a Root ID attribute anywhere. Also, I read in the How-To that Givalanche gift data could be downloaded on the OLX dashboard but there is no link on our dashboard to download the data. It is important that we be able to trace back these gifts as I am almost positive that a Board Member started the Givalanche and show be credit as a solicitor for these subsequent gifts.


Any ideas? Do I need to submit a case to Blackbaud support?
