Processing a partial refund for an eCommerce purchase

If a customer has purchased an item from your eCommerce store and you'd like to offer a partial refund you can do it as long as a discount is associated with the product/store. When you enter refund screen you can add in the value you'd like to refund in the Final Charge column for the discount. Click the calculate button and that value will appear in the Refund Amount column. When you process the transaction you will see that the final charge has decreased by whatever value you placed in the discount field.
