Displaying a thermometer for a Donations Classic donation form

Options

If you'd like to display a progress meter (thermometer) for a donations classic form you'll need to use an S-tag. You can't select one because the dropdown menu only uses donations 2 forms, but we can still access the information you need by using an S-Tag. The tag you want to use is S337 and it should look like this:

]

If you place this tag in your WYSIWYG, the thermometer will appear in that place. Below you can see what each of those number values means:

]

Application type = donation_campaign

ObjectId = the ID for the donation campaign. In this case it's a generic value of 1000.

consId = constituent ID if you wanted info for a specific constituent. Marked at 0 to leave blank.

goalAmount = the goal you'd like to set for your progress meter. This can always be changed and does not affect any goals you set for your campaign. Left at 0 for now but you can change it so that the percentage on the thermometer calculates properly.

progress image id = the ID for the image you want to use to display progress. The standard thermometer is 1.

text color = the color of the text. This is the hex key that's used to for color coding. "00000" is black.

I realize this is a lot but I hope it is all clear. Basically if you want to display a thermometer for that teamraiser campaign you can just copy and paste that S-tag into the WYSIWYG and it will display. The only thing you'll need to update is the goal amount.

Enjoy!
