Multiple Captains for a Team?

There was a message posted about how to allow for more than one team captain on a teamraiser team.  The posting mentioned the Select Team Options step when creating a Team Raiser.  It stated the question 3 allowed for multiple team captains but it does not.  Question 3 is for team size:

Team Size: Step 3.  Defines the maximum number of members allowed on a team

Is it possible to have multiple team captains for one team in teamraiser?

It is actually set at Step 4. Select Team Options, sub-step 4. Multiple Captains on a Team. 

That is where you go to set how many individual captains will be allowed per team.

Note that for this option to appear on a TeamRaiser event, the Site Option F2F_MULTIPLE_CAPTAINS_ENABLED must be set to TRUE.
