How do I switch to Compatibility Mode in IE8?

If you are using IE8 before the 2009 Summer Release, you will need to switch to compatibility mode to enable WYSIWYG features:

In the Tools menu, and select Compatibility View Settings. In the “Compatibility View Settings” dialog, tick the check box for Display all websites in Compatibility View option. Click on Close button when done.
