Display Inactive Email/Phone in RE7

Hello RE7 friends!  Is there a way to default the below check box to show inactive email addressses, rather than clicking on it every time to show the inactives?  If so, can I default it for all of my users, or is it user specific?  thanks so much for the feedback!

Unfortunately, no.  If you are working in a Query and cycling thru records using the Previous/Next Record commands, that checkbox will be sticky, so long as you are opening records using those commands.  But any other method of opening a record will result in that box being unchecked once again.


You can, in User Options, select which tab the Phone Grid opens to, and that is sticky.


There are at least five Ideas in the RE7 Idea Bank pertaining to this.  This Idea has the most votes and the most comments.  This one from 2 days earlier also has some votes, but is worded a little differently (requesting an option to Globally Change, when I think what we want is for that box to be sticky).  The others are more recent, with very few votes and nothing really new to add.  So I recommend at least voting for these two Ideas and then adding comments if you have something new to add to the discussion.
