LO and LCRM events and multiple attendees per ticket

We are nearing the end of our migration to LO and LCRM/Salesforce and I'm running into an issue. We have several events where a particular ticket price includes more than one "attendee." For example, an individual ticket might be $25, and a ticket for couples is $40. In the case of the ticket for couples, we want that ticket purchase to account for two attendees. Salesforce/LCRM allows us to specify that in the Ticket Type, but LO won't pull down any ticket type with more than "1" attendee. Our support folks are saying that's the way it works. Does anyone else have this situation, and how do you handle it?
