Availability to change text in the post donation 'Confirmation Screen' / 'Transaction Details' autofill

We have just gone online with our OLX and are currently undergoing testing through donations. We noticed that in the Confirmation Screen (Transaction Details are placed here), one tab is labelled as 'Designation'. We had changed this text in the OLX form itself to read as 'Preference', as we do not want our donors to think they have control to where their donation money goes within each respective fund or campaign. I spoke to a support representative and she was the one who informed me that we are incapable of changing the text so we must be satisfied with having it read 'Designation'.


Being able to change the text in that form, or I suppose to be able to change the text in the 'Transaction Details' autofill is a feature that would be of use to us. I would like to make the recommendation that you implement a way for OLX users to modify the headings to suit their needs.
