HELP! System shutdown while transactions were processing

I was in the process of downloading 41 event registrations through OLX, and the system shut down unexpectedly as it was not responding. When I logged back in, it showed there were no transactions waiting to be downloaded, and no batch had been created for the downloads I was trying to process. I also do not see the gifts/event registrations in any of the constituent records. How do we retrieve our gifts & their accompanying event registrations. I would contact support immediately but they only are open Monday-Fri during business hours. Please help if you can!
