Is there a way to make it clear on the receipt that no goods and services were received and remove other categories that don’t pertain?

    Obviously, you can add any text you need to the actual message copy for the donation autoresponders/receipts.  I'm sure that's not new information for you.

    My guess is that you're interested in modifying the actual fields that are listed as a result of the transaction.  These fields are inserted automatically by Convio based on the way that your donation form is set up.  These fields are typically included in both the autoresponder and on the donation thank-you web page.  In some cases, you may need to customize the fields that Convio automatically populates into the donation receipt.  Though this isn't easy (it requires a combination of HTML and custom Convio code), it is certainly possible.
