OLX vs NetCommunity Donation Process

I have been reading threads in hopes to hear more feedback regarding the transition from NC to OLX, specifically the 1) online giving through desktops not mobile and 2) the pros and cons for processing them.


It seems that there is a level of inadequacy in comparison to NC, but the threads were from 2014-2016. Are there still issues? In general is it more or less work on the donation side of things rather than the email side? Please share anything that will help me understand why we would switch from NC to OLX just to make it easier to send email newsletters. Thank you

Jane, your question is very timely for me, as we just moved from RE and NC to RE NXT and OLX.  Our donation form is still on NC for another week or two, then making the switch.  Not sure what to expect when donations start coming in through OLX, so hoping to get some good info here.
