Digital Sign Up of New Constituents

Our directors attend large events and get "sign ups" for new constituents (name, address, email, telephone etc. ) on paper that we then have to type into a constituent batch or an excel spreadsheet and import into Raiser's Edge.  We are looking for a program that we can have on a tablet that the people can type their names and biographical information in themselves that will then bring the names into Raiser's Edge so we can then mail them our newsletters etc.  Does any one use such a product in th their organization?

Look into smartsheet. This program allows you to create web forms where your constituents could fill in their information and on the back end it flows into an excel sheet, which you can do some quick formatting on, then import.
