Good morning I am attempting to creat a form in Online Express however the BB Merchant Account has not been set up for it yet (it is not one of the ones that is already there).  How do I creat a new merchant account for this form.

This is something you have to set up in BBMS, not in OLX. Once inside BBMS, if you have administrator privileges, you can create a new account setting under Account Management - Account Configurations.
