Multiple Event Units & Extra Pricing

Hi all, Just a question as I have spoken to support and they couldn't help me.


I have an event that has the following unit prices Adult £10, Child £5 & Dog £1. Which works, however when adding a dog it asks for the dogs full name & address plus medical conditions etc like its a person.


Is there any way around this?

I had though of doing a prices unit names Adult + Dog however if someone registers with multiple dogs it wouldn't work

I think you've got two main options


1 - Offer options for Adult + 1 Dogs; Adult + 2 dogs; Adult + 3 dogs, up to a certian cut-off point.There probaby won't be too many people with 6 plus dogs and the amount you'll lose by letting them only pay for the first five will probably be less than the cost of trying to amend the system as you'd like it.


2 - Use the additional donations function to get people to add their pets that way. You'd have to change the wording "Additional Donation" to "please add £1 per animal" or something, but it would at least give you an option.


Not ideal really.

Hi Matthew,

I was hoping there was a way, after looking at it i think I will go along with the additional donation option, since it is only £1 per do I dont think its alot of money if the sign ups dont put the payment in.
