Donor Advised Funds

What is the best way to handle a donor advised fund when entering it into Raiser's Edge.  Should we create a org record for this fund and soft credit the donor?

Patricia, not trying to put you off.  This question is posted almost every other week and each org has what they consider 'best way' and they vary a lot. Please search the forums for terms like 'donor advised' 'giving platform' etc to pull up the most recent. You'll get lots of results. Perhaps then if you have questions about a users reasons for their best way you can ask them more instead of a lot of us re-posting the same info.
