My unsubscribe and Tell A Friend (Forward to a Friend) links aren't appearing when the auto responder is sent!

There are two types of links that will not be build from auto responders:

1) Unsubscribe links won't be built because there is nothing to unsubscribe from. The message was the result of an action, not a subscription.

2) Tell-A-Frind (forward to a friend) links won't build because there is nothing for the TAF to reference. Again, since they originated from an action and not a message or a page, the TAF is useless in an auto responder.
