TeamRaiser: Bring Team Back Confirmation Email

Hello!

We are running a TeamRaiser for an event and we had someone "bring a team back" from last year. However, he did not get a confirmation email (his email status is "true").

I tested the system by creating my own team for last years event, went to this year, brought the team back and I definitely got the email.

The good news is that autoresponders are an all or nothing type deal -- if you received an autoresponder, then they are definitely being sent and your team captain was sent one. Identifying why he didn't receive it is less straightforward.
