Is there any way to change the information we receive in the notification form?

We would like to have the notification form distinguish between memorial and tribute gifts. Currently, these gifts come in with the Tribute/Memorial Information and do not specify which one it is. Is there anyway to change this so that we can see it in the noticification instead of having to go to the actual record?

This is possible, but it requires Blackbaud's Professional Services team to perform a customization to the notification email content on your organization's site. If you're interested in pursuing that customization, you can work with your Client Success Manager to get that project scoped.
