Can I change which "Contact Fields" are available, optional, and/or required for a given Action Alert?

The answer to this varies.  If you are using a Convio created target (such as a Congressperson or the President), you cannot change those fields.  If you have created your own custom target, you can change which fields are available, optional, and/or required in the "Select Contact Fields" step of configuring your Action Alert.
