Do donors who send us an offline payment receive an autoresponder after the payment is processed? We are trying to find the answer to this question.

    Hi Marnee!


    There is a default site setting that governs whether or not a Thank You auto-responder will trigger once an offline gift has been entered. If disabled, the thank you one will not go out. This applies to Donation Forms. You can also disable the auto-responder all together.


    Team Raiser behaves differently. There are settings within Team Raiser that will allow you to disable these notifications https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/69350

    The gifts must be confirmed before the autoresponder actually sends. The global site setting , that can only be changed by Blackbaud Administrators, will disable the autoresponder from sending once confirmed.
