Is that "to do" reminder for periodically building groups relevant to dynamic groups?

There is an icon in the Group Information tab when viewing a group that looks like this:

For groups built on a query, you can set how often groups are rebuilt.  For dynamic groups, this reminder can be ignored.

Take email interest opt-in/opt-out groups as an example.  By default, these groups are never rebuilt. Instead, constituent records are put into the appropriate groups when they opt in/out of interests. Because constituents are put into the groups in real time, the groups almost never need to be rebuilt.

The "to fo" reminder is a relic of a previous version of the system.  In previous versions of Convio, interest groups were updated by a task.  That process caused server load problems and the process was changed to update the groups "live" instead of through a task.  The task itself could not be removed when we made the change because it is still used in at least one part of the system.
