Adding new choices into an existing donation form field

In RE we have edited a drop-down choice to the 'donation designation' field (not shown) and a new drop-down choice within an existing question within the 'Additional Information' on a donation form (image below: should have 4 selections, not 3). These field options are not updating online. Is this a setting in BBNC that needs to be refreshed or something we missed in RE?  I've searched all settings in BBNC and can't find anything to accomplish what needs to be done.

Happy Friday! If we have recently updated information in The Raiser's Edge, such as adding additional options to tables, these changes will not automatically flow over to Blackbaud NetCommunity. We will need to manually refresh the code tables after adding information in The Raiser's Edge by following these steps:

1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity with a supervisor level account
2. Navigate to Administration > Code tables
3. Press the option to Refresh code tables 

We should now see the updated information on your donation form.
