  • Hello - I am still experiencing many issues with regards to my action alerts timing out for a plethora of targets. For example, our constituents in NJ and NY usuually have to wait almost a complete minute to send their message if the form doesn't time out before then. I believe this is also happening for VA constituentsI have a case open that is currently being investigated. Are there any other clients experiencing this type of severe delay and/or timeout?

    Hi Danielle – Sorry to hear your constituents experienced delivery trouble. Please do work with Support on your case. In the meantime, our engineers looked into the officials for the states that you mentioned. We updated a couple of NJ official’s emails. All other targets showed working deliverability with the exception of Charles Schumer who continues having consistent issues with successful delivery. Possibly the timeouts your constituents experienced was due to overwhelming traffic causing long delivery queues. If you could provide Support with specific targets that are causing the timeouts, we’ll dig into those areas specifically. Thanks for your post!
