Changing link in the header image

Options
Hi,

How do we change the link in the header image and the footer content of our e-newsletter/emails? I don't know where the codes for header is located. Even when I switch to plain text editor in the HTML content section I don't see it.

Thank you

Amita

  • Hi Amita,

Your e-newsletter/emails could be using a stationary. When you create an e-mail, this is Step 3 in the process. See if one of the radio buttons is in use(filled in). If it is, then go to Email - Stationary and locate the stationary from Step 3 in the e-mail process. This should lead you to your header and footer content and allow you to change the link.

Let us know if that is the spot.

  • If you don't see it in the email, then it is probably in the stationery for that email. You can find out which one it is using by clicking on stationery in the left side nav for the email you're editing.
  • Thank you so much! That was very helpful. I found it.
