feature request: data sync update only

Step 3.1 (Data Decisions) of a data sync operation currently provides four options with regard to updating constituent records:

  Only add new constituents 

  Overwrite blank fields with values from the import file

  Overwrite all fields with non-blank values from the import file

  Overwrite all fields with values from the import file

I have a situation where I only want to update existing constituents and avoid adding new ones.  I understand this could be done in multiple steps by cross referencing the import data source and Constituent 360, but it would be convenient to have a fifth option such as "Only update existing constituents."
