Updating # of entries for follow up messages

Question:

For the Go! Housefile Building campaigns, the reminder and last chance email messages include the number of entries to date... is that updated real time?  or is that something that you do manually?

Answer:

You will need to update this number manually before scheduling the delivery of the email message.  The way that I update these numbers prior to sending the message is:

1) Log into Convio as Admin

2) If you are looking for number of survey participants, navigate to the survey tool (Content -->> Survey) and look for the "Responses" column.. that number is the number of people who have filled out the survey.  If you are looking for the # of eCards delivered, then you will need to log in and look at the eCard report called "eCard Campaign Statistics report".  Once you've run that report you will want to look at the column titled "# of eCard recipients" which will tell you the total number of eCards delivered.

3) Use the number that you find from the above research... manually type that number into your email content... save, approve, and then deliver/schedule your message.
