Is it possible to add a header to a group of donation levels in a donation form?

I would like to categorize our donation options on our donation form so the choices can be more user-friendly.  For instance, Ads, Combination Packages, and Dinner Tickets & Ads.  Those are the headings I would like to use for each group of options.

I have not seen an easy way to do this in Convio's interface.  I have looked in the following areas and have found no way to do this:

• Design Donor Screen
• Manage Custom Styles
• Manage Donation Form Wrappers
• Customstyle.css
• Site Options

If I can't do this in the user interface, do I have to go into the sites files using ftp?

If anyone can tell me an easy way to do this, that would be very helpful.
