Payment Types are missing when entering offline gifts in participant center

The Payment Types options are configured in TeamRaiser.  Since they are codes, and not literal text, they need to be listed without capitalization and spaces.

1. Log in to the admin-side of your site.

2. Navigate to the team raiser.

3. Edit the team raiser.

4. Click step "3. Select Event Options."

5. Remove any capitalization and spaces for "3. Offline Payment Types that Participants Can Enter:"

6. Click Save.

So, for example:

Cash, Check, Credit

should be entered as:

cash,check,credit
