I'm wondering what people are using for a reciprocal relationship for the "boss" or "employer," when an individual has a personal assistant?  I'm trying to find the right word.  Thanks.

We just use boss.

We simply use employer and assistant.

I just use employee/employer and put 'personal assistant" in the job title field.

We usually have the business in our system as well, so we use boss/assistant since they would both have an employee/employer relationship as well.
