Populating an Online Form with Data from RE

Options
I am in search of an update form that we can place on our website, tied directly into either our Raiser's Edge database (we host on site) or a spreadsheet of information.

Our goal is to send each of our alumni a unique code (their constituent ID), which they type into the form. Once they do so, the form calls up their address, one phone number, and one email addres we have on file for them. From there, the alum can either update the information, or click "Submit" to confirm that what we have for them is correct.

Does Blackbaud make such a product? Has anyone had success using a form from a different company that integrates in this way with RE?

We used to have NetCommunity Spark, which had an aspect of this as part of their directory feature. However, Spark is certainly more than we need for this project. Yet, since I know there is a large product that does this and more, I'm curious if Blackbaud offers a stripped down version that would suit our needs?

Not sure but probably all form tools are using email to send information back/forth.  Not sure if sending name, address, phone, email via email is a good idea from a security perspective.

We used to do this using NetCommunity - each alum had a secure account with username/password, and they could log in and verify/update all their contact information. We also were able to provide a full questionnaire using BBNC as well, which we'd ask them to review/complete annually. This way the data was secured behind their BBNC account.
