Exporting Opt-Outs/Do Not Mail lists

I should know this but don't because I haven't had reason to do it until now -- does anyone know the best way to accurately and completely export Opt-Out and Do Not Email lists from Convio into a CSV or other file format?  I can see the groups I want to export but for the life of me cannot see how I can export the constituent emails for them.  HELP!  Thanks!

I think the best way is to do a Query for all emails that have "Accepts Email" equals FALSE, and then to "Use Query" to do a Mail Merge.  You can select the email address and any other relevant information that you'd like when setting up the Mail Merge.  Does that help?
