Notify button on Action slow or locks

I have a number of users that report extremely slow reaction time when clicking on "Notify" after ticking Auto-remind.

We use terminal server quite happily, so we are running off the same version and data.

The odd thing is that some people are working fine while others are having this hang.


What is more: they were all working quite happily until a day or two ago.

There is no update program or the o/s, and it does not always effect everyone.


Is anyone else getting this wierd anomoly?
