recurring gifts - do end date

I have our monthly donors set up as recurring gifts with no end date.  However, when I am entering the monthly batch a few of these stop coming up as a recurring gift and I have to enter the gift info manually.I'm not sure why the auto fill in for the recurring gift is not working...probably something simple I should know... i usually think I will dig deeper each month but then get busy and forget to do so.  Anyone have the "quick fix"???  Please and Thank you!

How are you creating the batch? Is it a recurring batch? New batch using auto-generate transactions/payments?  I know you said gift has no end date, does the fund/appeal that $ is going to have a 'to date'?  If you look at a constituents record > Gifts > that gift record > transactions, what does bottom of window display?  Is there a next transaction date and amount at the bottom?

Thanks for replying!  It is not a recurring batch.  The fund/appeal does not have a "to date".  The original transaction window for set up displays gifts into 2024 and beyond.  The gift transaction tab shows frequency montly but nothing else...I am still baffled

Have you found the issue yet?  Hope so.  One other thing I was wondering - are you using an empty batch or loading records in from a query?  Was wondering if they have a constituent code with an end date that is filtering them out of the query?
