Prioritizing Contacts in Export?

Options
I know that in some areas of RE:, like Quick Letters, you can select a specific Contact Type to appear in your results, or even set a prioritized list of types to run through in order.

Can I do the same thing in a Constituent Export? I could've sworn I could, but I am not able to make it happen today.

I'm pulling a list of Organizations with some other information, including Name and contact info for certain Contacts. I am pulling from among 3 Contact Types, and I definitely want certain types to pull first whenever they are available.

In the Contact dialog that comes up when drawing fields from Relationships > Contacts, I am selecting Selected Contact Types and moving the types I want over into the right-hand pane. I then set Order by: to Contact Type and select Ascending. Playing with this does not seem to affect the Contact Type that pulls.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I crazy in thinking I can specify a prioritized order in Export?

We are running version 7.93.

You have to get this functionality in Export using Address Processing.
    • Under Address Processing, select a field (ex: Address Processing/Contact/Addressee).
    • When you select the field, you'll get the Address Processing selection window.
    • In the 2: Org Address tab, you'll get the Contacts to Include in export and here's where you can specify the contact types in order you want them.

Ah!!! I was thinking of Address Processing but was thinking I had to approach this through the Relationship node first, so I was looking for an instance of Address Processing beneath that in the hierarchy. Thanks for straightening me out.
