Can you bill me later without entering credit card info?

Currently in BBNC, the option "bill me later" is only available for one-time payments. it is not possible for donors to make a gift and be billed in installments. When you check the "installments" option, the bill me later button disapears. Is this true for Online Express as well? We are getting ready to convert to RE NXT. If there is an option in Online Express, could you send me a link to your org's donation page so I can have a look? Thank you!
